Carlton Services Ltd first tendered for, and won, our annual contract for office air conditioning maintenance in March 2010. The contract was subsequently renewed in March 2011 and is ongoing. The staff of Carlton Services Ltd are pro-active in arranging the maintenance visits and their employees carrying out the on-site work are friendly, tidy and competent in their work.
