Overview
This case study reflects the evolution of a trusted service relationship with the owner of The Edge hospitality group. This partnership demonstrates our capacity to grow with our clients and deliver end-to-end solutions, from a simple fan motor replacement to a full commercial kitchen installation.
We initially connected with the client when his kitchen extraction fan failed at The Edge at Lils. We were called back to repair a Rational Combi Oven at The Edge Eatery after a successful motor replacement.
In 2024, they approached us again — this time with an exciting new venture: a full kitchen installation for a new site in Elmfield, Witney. We were brought in early during the planning phase and played a key role in providing technical expertise when designing a commercial kitchen tailored to the needs of a busy, modern café and eatery.
Our Process
Kitchen Extraction System
- Installed a new, appropriately sized kitchen extraction system for the Elmfield cookline.
- Repurposed the existing, undersized extraction system by relocating it to another café site, ensuring sustainable use of equipment.
Full Equipment Supply & Installation
We supplied and installed a wide range of high-performance kitchen appliances and food service equipment, including:
