Gas Interlock Systems
The Gas Safe regulations demand that all commercial kitchens are legally required to have a gas interlock system fitted. We supply and fit gas interlock systems, which are required in all commercial kitchens by Gas Safe regulations and BS6173 specifications.
A gas interlock system ensures that the commercial kitchen ventilation system is working before the gas is turned on, preventing a build-up of potentially poisonous gas combustion fumes in the kitchen environment.
