The Lincat Opus 800 OE8017 Induction Range is a robust induction range from Lincat’s Opus 800 series it has 4 large 270mm diameter cooking zones on the hob top, each with a power rating of 5kW; the spacious 4kW oven has a capacity of 2 x GN1/1 and is fan assisted for the uniform distribution of heat and consistent results in roasting and baking. The total electrical power rating of the unit is 24kW and it needs a 3 phase supply which should be in-stalled by a certified electrician. The appliance sits flush to the wall with a recess for services; the outside dimensions are 900mm(h) x 900mm(w) x 800mm(d).
