The Blue Seal G598-LS Gas Chargrill is a quality stainless steel extra heavy duty unit with a 1200 x 500mm cooking area on a leg stand. The char grill is supplied with a stainless steel 4 x 9.8kW burner per 300mm section and is designed for an easy cleaning with the access to all parts from the front of the unit. Powerful stainless steel burners are the engine room of the Blue Seal Evolution Series gas chargrills / griddles. Heavy-duty cast iron grates and radiants produce maximum heat to seal in the flavours of meat. The chargrill’s inclined position incorporates a grooved, flare-reducing grate fin design which runs grease into a collection channel. Interchangeable 300mm and 450mm drop-on griddle sections provide extra versatility.
