The Lincat Panther P6B3 Hot Cupboard with Bain Marie Top is a great solution for when moving and holding food at the correct temperature, it can be manovered through narrow doorways so is ideal for smaller restaurants and pubs as well as nursing homes for transporting plated meals from the kitchen to the residents. There are four shelf positions which allow you to modify for your needs. Temperature is adjustable between 20 and 99 degrees C which ensures compliance with food hygiene regulations. Removable door and shelves allows access to the steel interior for cleaning. Available as static or mobile versions at no additional cost
The unit is fan assisted, providing even heat distribution, fast heat up and recovery times, and lower energy usage.
Fully 1/1 GN compatible, this unit accommodates 3 x 1/1 GN containers up to 150mm deep, while four shelf positions allow adjustment to meet individual needs. Please note the Gastronorm pans are not included
